Old stars easily outshine the young when it comes
to the most heavenly bodies.
Septuagenarians Sean Connery and Sophia Loren have
beaten the likes of George Clooney, Jude Law and Sienna
Miller in a poll of celebrities with the most envied
bodies.
Former James Bond star Connery scored 10th in the
men's list, while luscious Loren was fifth in the
women's.
The 77-year-old Connery beat Prince William, 25, and
Hollywood sex symbols Clooney, 46, and Law, 34, in
the survey for fitness experts Premier Training International.
Screen siren Loren still luscious at 73, outranked
Jennifer Lopez, 38, Angelina Jolie, 32, Jennifer Aniston,
38, Gwyneth Paltrow, 35, and Factory Girl star Miller,
25.
Topping the votes for sexy male bodies was the current
James Bond Daniel Craig, 39.
Number one woman was I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out
of Here! star and new mother Myleene Klass, 28.
The beautiful 'Die Another Day' Bond girl Halle Berry
came a close second.
English rugby pin-up Jonny Wilkinson ranked second
among the manly men, with screen star Brad Pitt claiming
third spot, Hugh Grant fourth and David Beckham fifth.
Pitt's wife Angelina Jolie only managed seventh place
among the fairest of all the fair sex.
Jessica Simpson's was the third most envied body with
Madonna's fourth, just one place above Loren who one
said: "Everything you see I owe to spaghetti."
Completing the women's top ten were: Jennifer Lopez
sixth, followed by actresses Jolie, Uma Thurman, Jennifer
Aniston, and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant
Gabby Logan.
Of the best male bods Pirates of the Caribbean stars
Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp were sixth and seventh,
followed by Any Dream Will Do winner Lee Mead, actor
Colin Firth and Sean Connery. |
